Nestle, a global CPG leader, sought to (a) get the full US web product portfolio ADA compliant, and (b) strategically increase e-commerce user experience (UX) for 40+ global websites.
The Solution
The successful enterprise strategy and leadership on ADA, UX, and e-commerce features resulted in a sleeker, compliant web experience. Each website and app came equipped with the latest ADA features for desktop and mobile. E-commerce improvements increased sales and made it easier for users to buy products from major retailers including Amazon, Instacart and Target.
